My family and I have used Supercuts in the Poplar Square for years. Today my husband went in for a cut and the first thing they did was take clippers to his hair and create a bowl cut. It looked like one of the three stooges and was obviously not in keeping with the type of cut he had. When I stopped the girl and questioned if she would be blending that in, she became extremely rude and her co-worker butted in trying to explain "that's the way we cut hair". I call BS, the fact of the matter is they couldn't cut their way our of a paperbag! Obviously the days of a stylist actually understanding how to perform a precision cut and style are long gone. If they can't shave your hair off with clippers then they don't know what to do. And I'd the workmanship wasn't bad enough, to respond in a rude a disrespectful manner to a simple question was just wrong. Supercuts has lost my business for good. I can easily shave around a bowl and cut hair.
