  Some of the staff we great.. however when the dentist tells you that your mouth looks healthy from his exam and the x-rays..but the hygienist says you can't get your teeth cleaning until you agree to her several hundred dollar treatment..you kind of wondering if they get paid on commission? The finance lady who was very sweet said that the details of my visit weren't discussed between the hygienist and the dentist?
  To me that is unprofessional and it doesn't make sense! I simply wanted a dental cleaning which I was told over the phone was $89 and could be done during my visit, however that turned into Aspen dental refusing to clean my teeth unless I agree to several treatments over a several day period that would cost me over $300! No thanks.
